The 2022 WCP Civil Bloom Festival is well underway for another year, celebrating our diverse Great Southern environment, and our passionate communities throughout the region.

Via the GSDC, the State Government has been a proud supported the festival since 2011.

At the festival launch on 17 September 2022 at Plantagenet Wines, local stakeholders remarked on the exceptional diversity of the program, and the event’s ability to highlight our Great Southern natural environment.

With more than 50 regional events and activities offered throughout the region, this year’s Bloom Festival is the biggest yet. The 2022 program is rich in food events, guided tours, Noongar cultural experiences, workshops, wildflower walks and more.

Bringing increased visitation into the region, money spent in our local businesses, and a boost for the profile of the region, Bloom Festival is a valuable occurrence in the region’s event calendar.

Only a few weeks remain to enjoy the 2022 festival program.
