Katanning Country Club Opens

GSDC Board and staff attended the opening of the redeveloped Katanning Country Club on Sunday 16 October 2022.

Families, sports-people and community gathered to celebrate the culmination of over ten years work which has seen the colocation of the Bowling Club including new green, renovations to the clubhouse to improve functionality and create a contemporary meeting place for members and for functions, and improvements to squash and tennis facilities.

The project was funded through the GSDC, the Shire of Katanning, the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, and the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, with significant inkind from the local community.
