Welcome to the Coastal Great Southern Regional Drought Resilience Plan.
This Plan is an initiative that has been jointly funded by the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund (FDF) and the WA State Government.
We would like to acknowledge the many community members who contributed to this project. In particular, we would like to thank our Project Advisory Group (PAG), which included; representatives from the four local government areas that make up the coastal subregion (the City of Albany and Shires of Plantagenet, Denmark and Cranbrook); Wagyl Kaip Southern Noongar Aboriginal Corporation; South Coast Natural Resource Management; and the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD).
