The mission was another in a long line of trade missions resulting from the Great Southern Tourism and Trade Partnership, designed to connect buyers directly to regional premium food and beverage producers.

In the Great Southern portion of the program, highlights included a tour and paddock-to-plate lunch at Irongate Wagyu home of Futari Wagyu, and wine masterclasses at Duke’s Vineyard and Singlefile Wines.
